INTRODUCTION: Degreasing Chemical used whenever parts contains heavy grease, oil & light rust. This chemical also removes certain part of carbon. Base : Alkaline Base Chemical. Solubility : Thoroughly soluble in water. Color : white Concentration : 5% (w/v) is suitable for Hot process & in case of cold 8% required. Point : Concentrated of 8% bath Solution gives 6 to 8 ml. Point. Bath Design : Tank is made up of 10mm thick. M.S. tank with F.R.P. Vinyl coat of F.R.P. Lining works will be the most suitable or sustainable design
